Monthly Spotlight

Each month we would like to highlight and place a spotlight on different topics. We may talk about current events, inspiring stories, cooking, books, hobbies and areas of interest. What we hope to do is provide information and encourage seniors to live life to the fullest and enjoy the journey. As seniors, there are many real life challenges we face everyday. Our hope is for you to find encouragement and information that will offer support and understanding. We will talk about this and that and more! Our goal is that you will engage with us and perhaps share a laugh or be inspired by this page. As the Director of our Foundation, and as an eighty year senior myself, I can relate to many of the challenges seniors face on a daily basis.

Please join me on this journey as we explore topics and be inspired to live life gracefully and limitlessly.

The authors call this collection of habits, strategies, tools, and social supports a person’s “digital repertoire”.
